Saudi Arabia to allow direct entry from all countries for people with one vaccine dose

Riyadh (UNA-OIC) – Saudi Arabia has decided to allow direct entry from all countries for everyone who received one dose of COVID-19 vaccine inside the Kingdom, while they will be subject to a three-day institutional quarantine.

The Saudi Press Agency (SPA) quoted a source at the Ministry of Interior as saying that this decision enters into force as of Saturday, December 4, 2021 (29 Rabi Al Thani 1443 AH).

Last Thursday, the Saudi Ministry of Interior issued directives to allow direct entry for fully vaccinated expatriates from Indonesia, Pakistan, Brazil, Vietnam, Egypt, and India, starting December 1, 2021, without the need to spend 14 days in transit outside their countries before entering the Kingdom.
