New Jordanian Cabinet sworn in before King Abdullah II

Amman (UNA-OIC) – King Abdullah II of Jordan approved the formation of the new cabinet, headed by Dr. Bisher Hani Khasawneh, Jordan News Agency, Petra, reported on Monday.
The new cabinet members were sworn in before the king at Al Husseiniya Palace, in the attendance of Crown Prince Al Hussein bin Abdullah II and Royal Hashemite Court Chief Yousef Issawi.
In addition to Khasawneh, who will also serve as minister of defense, the 31-member cabinet includes three women, and eight ministers from the government of the former prime minister Omar Razzaz, who resigned early this month.
