KSRelief inks cooperation agreement with Philippine Red Cross to distribute food baskets

Riyadh (UNA-OIC) – The King Salman Humanitarian Aid and Relief Center (KSRelief) signed a cooperation agreement virtually via video call with the Philippine Red Cross (PRC), to distribute food baskets in Marawi, capital of the province of Lanao del Sur, Philippines.

The signing of the agreement was attended by KSRelief General Supervisor Dr. Abdullah bin Abdulaziz Al-Rabiah, Saudi Ambassador to the Philippines Dr. Abdullah bin Nasser Al-Busairi, and PRC Chairman and Chief Executive Officer Richard J. Gordon, who is also a member of the Philippine Senate.

The agreement was signed by KSRelief Assistant General Supervisor Eng. Ahmed bin Ali Al-Beez, and PRC Chairman Richard J. Gordon. It aims to distribute 5,000 food baskets among needy families and individuals.

This humanitarian initiative comes within the framework of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, represented by KSRelief, in helping the poor and needy in various countries of the world.
