Al-Mukalla (UNA-OIC) – King Salman Humanitarian Aid and Relief Center (KSRelief) on Saturday launched a volunteer medical campaign for open-heart surgeries and catheterizations for adults of low-income families in Al-Mukalla of Yemen’s Hadhramaut Governorate, which will last until November 6.
The medical team successfully performed six catheterizations and one open-heart surgery on the first day of the campaign, the Saudi Press Agency (SPA) reported.
This campaign comes within the various volunteer campaigns that are funded and implemented by KSRelief in many countries, under the directives of Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud and Crown Prince Mohammed bin Salman.
