This year, another mobile operator will start operating in Uzbekistan. It is created by Humans international group of companies, which plans to invest about $15 million in this project. New jobs will be created for various telecommunications professionals.
Due to quarantine, the new operator will begin its activities only on August 18. Along with the mobile operator, Humans will open a mobile bank in Uzbekistan, which will work in collaboration with local partner banks. Plastic cards of the new bank will allow not only to pay for services and goods, but also to transfer money without paying a commission.
It is also planned to create at least 800 thousand Internet ports of broadband communication and lay 12 thousand kilometers of fiber-optic communication lines.
