Jeddah (UNA-OIC) – Secretary-General of the Organization of Islamic Cooperation (OIC) Dr. Yousef bin Ahmed Al-Othaimeen reiterated the OIC’s solidarity with Algeria over the wildfires tearing through several regions of the country.
Al-Othaimeen extended his heartfelt condolences and sympathy to the families of the victims as well as to the people and government of Algeria, wishing a speedy recovery to the injured.
The Secretary-General asked Allah Almighty to have mercy on the deceased, to dwell them in His spacious paradise, and to inspire their families patience and solace.
