Jeddah (UNA-OIC) – The General Secretariat of the Organization of Islamic Cooperation (OIC) vehemently condemned last Wednesday’s appalling terrorist attack in northern Burkina Faso, which claimed the lives of dozens of civilians and military personnel.
OIC Secretary-General Dr. Yousef bin Ahmed Al-Othaimeen conveyed his sincere condolences and deep sympathy to the bereaved families, government and people of Burkina Faso.
The General Secretariat reaffirmed the OIC’s full support of and solidarity with Burkina Faso’s government and people in their battle against terrorism in all its forms.
