Jeddah (UNA-OIC) – The General Secretariat of the Organization of Islamic Cooperation (OIC) strongly condemned the terrorist attack against innocent farmers in northeastern Nigeria.
The OIC General Secretariat offered its condolences to the families of the victims as well as to the government and people of Nigeria, wishing a speedy recovery to the injured.
The General Secretariat reaffirmed OIC’s stand and solidarity with Nigeria in confronting terrorist acts to preserve the security and stability of the country.
According to media reports, scores of people were killed after armed men on motorcycles gruesomely attacked agricultural workers in Nigeria’s Borno state on Saturday.
