Oman conducts relief flights to Sudan following devastating floods

Muscat (UNA-OIC) – The Sultanate of Oman on Monday morning launched relief flights to Sudan, following the recent floods that were triggered by heavy rainfall.

Oman News Agency (ONA) reported that military transport aircraft from the Royal Air Force of Oman took off today’s morning from Al-Musannah Air Base, carrying various necessary humanitarian needs and relief materials, in coordination with Oman Charitable Organization (OCO).

Conducting these relief flights falls within the humanitarian assistance and efforts that the Sultanate provides to brotherly and friendly countries in emergency and exceptional cases.
