Khartoum (UNA-OIC) – Qatari Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs Sheikh Mohammed bin Abdulrahman Al Thani met here today with Sudanese Foreign Minister Dr. Mariam Al-Sadig Al-Mahdi.
During the meeting, the two sides reviewed relations of bilateral cooperation between Sudan and Qatar, especially in the field of investment. They also discussed the development of the situation in the region
The Qatari official, who arrived in Khartoum on Sunday for a two-day visit, is also scheduled to meet with President of the Transitional Sovereignty Council Lt. Gen. Abdel Fattah Al-Burhan, his Deputy Gen. Mohammed Hamdan Daglo, and Prime Minister Dr. Abdalla Hamdok.
