Somalia's new PM requests vote of confidence from parliament

Mogadishu (UNA-OIC) – The newly appointed Somali Prime Minister Mohamed Hussein Roble on Sunday requested the vote of confidence from parliament, in order to form a new cabinet as soon as possible.

It is worth noting that Somali President Mohamed Abdullahi Farmajo appointed Roble as the new prime minister last Thursday, to succeed Hassan Ali Khaire, who was removed on July 25 after a vote of no confidence by the lawmakers.
