UN Human Rights Council to hold special session on situation in Palestine

Geneva (UNA-OIC) – The United Nations Human Rights Council said Thursday it will hold a special session on May 27, to discuss the grave human rights situation in the Occupied Palestinian Territory, including East Jerusalem.

This 30th special session of the UN Human Rights Council is held upon the request of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan, in its capacity as coordinator of the Organization of Islamic Cooperation (OIC), and the State of Palestine.
